What it’s about

Sweet plum wine and kind words are the lure. For an exhausted 25-year-old office worker, the bar's mama was her only salvation—but Mama is an alien kaijin who devours human essence. Over five years, without ever noticing, Kuina quietly stops being human. Volume 1 of the corruption series—where it all began.

The setup gets going quickly and keeps the focus on the drugs payoff fans came for.
